These terms govern the use of this website. They are not the terms on which we accept freight.

All services are undertaken on our standard trading conditions, which are supplied with every quotation and referred to on our confirmations and invoices. Those conditions limit our liability and set time limits for claims. Nothing on this website varies them or forms a contract, and no page here is an offer capable of acceptance. Where this site and a signed quotation or booking confirmation differ, the quotation or confirmation prevails.
Rates quoted are based on the information supplied and on the freight, currency and fuel levels applying at the time. They are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to space and equipment being available when the booking is placed. Charges arising from a change in weight, volume, packing, timing or routing are additional.
These pages describe our services in general terms. Transit times, routings, charges and coverage vary by shipment and change over time. Anything you intend to rely on commercially should be confirmed with us in writing.
The content, design, marks and software referred to on this site belong to Wemelogistics Ltd or to our licensors. You may read, quote and link to these pages. You may not copy the site or reuse its content as your own.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on this website. Liability for the services themselves is dealt with in our trading conditions.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
